Spring (2015) is a romantic horror movie (yes, that’s not a typo, it is a romantic horror) by Justin Benson (V/H/S: Viral) and Aaron Moorhead starring Lou Taylor Pucci (Evil Dead 2013), Nadia Hilker and Vanessa Bednar.
The tagline for the Spring film is that it “follows young man in a personal tailspin as he flees California to the Italian coast, where he meets a woman carrying a dark secret.” I’m not sure what that dark secret is, but I suspect it is something primordial like a demon, vampire, werewolf or something in between. Maybe this film will keep couples happy where one is horror fan and the other wants a romantic film.
